When we print a product and find that the UV flatbed printer does not print clearly, you can first check the following:
1.Nozzle problem
Blockage: If the nozzle is blocked by ink or dust, it will cause uneven inkjet, thus affecting the print quality.
Wear: Aging or wear of the nozzle will also lead to poor inkjet effect and affect the clarity of the image.
2. Ink problem
Ink quality: Using inferior or unsuitable UV ink may cause blurred images or unsaturated colors.
Ink viscosity: Too high or too low ink viscosity will affect the spraying effect and cause blurred printing.
3. Print settings
Resolution setting: If the print resolution is set too low, the image will be unclear. The appropriate resolution should be selected according to the needs.
Print speed: Too fast printing speed may cause uneven inkjet, thus affecting the image quality.
4. Media problem
Surface finish: If the surface of the printing medium is not flat or has dirt, it will affect the adhesion and clarity of the ink.
Material adaptability: Some materials may not be suitable for UV printing, resulting in blurred patterns.
5. Curing problem
UV lamp problem: Insufficient power or incorrect position of the UV lamp may cause incomplete curing of the ink, thus affecting the print quality.
Curing time: If the ink fails to cure in time, the pattern may be blurred or the color may be deformed.
6. Environmental factors
Temperature and humidity: Too high or too low ambient temperature and humidity will affect the performance of the ink and the printing effect.
Dust and debris: If there is too much dust or debris in the printing environment, it may affect the print quality.
7. Software settings
Image file quality: If the imported image file has a low resolution or inappropriate format, it will result in poor printing results.
Driver issues: Improper settings of the printer driver may also affect the print quality.
How to maintain it daily?
The equipment should be kept away from direct sunlight, stored in a humid environment, and grounded
After the equipment is printed, it should be reset by X, and the ink pad and the nozzle should be closed before shutting down, and then the software.
When the machine is not in use, it should be turned on and cleaned every three to five days, and then the test strip should be printed until the test strip is complete and then shut down.
Clean the nozzle surface and ink pad regularly: When the machine is in use, use a dust-free cloth with a little cleaning liquid to gently wipe the nozzle surface every five to seven days, and use alcohol to clean the ink pad regularly.
If the equipment is not used for a long time, clean the ink in the ink cartridge; add alcohol to clean the ink cartridge, then add clean alcohol and press the cleaning button until the ink in the ink
tube nozzle is emptied.
